In 2021, in order to enhance the company's management functions in strategic investment, capital operation, subsidiary control, and improve operational efficiency, all business, assets, equipment, personnel, etc. of Fuda Alloy Materials Co., Ltd. was transferred to its wholly-owned subsidiary Zhejiang Fudar Alloy Materials Technology Co., Ltd. Starting from January 1, 2022, the original business of Fuda Alloy was fully taken over by Zhejiang Fudar Alloy Materials Technology Co., Ltd. and will continue to operate.
